During the course of excuting an international trade for Commodity products, it is very common to use the following international trading documents:

· Sample LOI - Sample Letter of Intent

· Sample FPA - Sample Fee Protection Agreement

We also strictly follow ICC Incoterms when dealing with all our International trade transactions.

Important Note: For Commodity Trading, please do not approach us for purchase enquiry if you do not have LOI (Letter of Intent) and BCL (Bank Comfort Letter).
