| We
accept the following type of payment: 1. Cashier order, money order or bank draft - to be sent to Singapore. (USPS postal order is not accepted because they cannot be negotiated outside USA, otherwise most banks are acceptable) 2. Telegraphic or wire transfer into our bank in Singapore. The account number will be provided after you confirm your order. 3. PayPal (You need to be a verified user with PayPal, address is confirmed by Paypal because we can only ship to a confirmed address.) 4. Others (Only applicable for large quantity or value of goods purchase, we could consider other forms of payments, like Letter of Credit/LC, SBLC or BG, as we will advise accordingly.) |

Refunds & Returns: |

We accept returns if it is due to manufacturing defects. Since we check
our items before delivery, this problem is greatly minimized. Therefore
please do not damage the item/s on purpose just for the sake of returning.
We will know it very easily. 2. In the event that it is returned, we will refund the money less shipping, less credit card charges (if this option is used), admin charges (if there is any), and other unexpected charges (if there is any). 3. We allow 3 days for buyers to inform us that he is returning the goods to us. The 3 days grace period starts from the day the parcel is received regardless of whether the recipient is the consignee or not. The item must reach us within 10 days after it is notified. The buyer has to pay for the shipping to return the item to us fully insured and safely packed to prevent damages. The item has to be in its original condition with original box, papers and with all components that shipped to the buyer. |
